To empower all people regardless of age, sex, race and religion to reconstruct, build and maintain sound relationships in the family, marriage and community.

To increase public understanding of alcoholism and drug dependence, to make this knowledge effectual in attempting to solve the problem of alcoholism and drug dependence, and to promote the tenet that the alcoholic and drug dependent can be helped.
